MBR工艺

 

    近年来MBR膜处理污水在某种程度上被广泛应用,膜生物反应器是将膜分离技术与生物技术相结合而形成的一种新型、高效污水处理技术。

          In recent years,sewage treatment with MBR membrane has been extensively applied to a certain extent.Membrane bioreactor is a new-type high-efficiency sewage treatment technology that is formed through combination of membrane separating technology with biological technology.

          MBR膜的作用是代替沉池,将生物体截流在生物反应器中,通过保持高的生物体浓度和截流高分子量的溶质,促使进水有机物的矿化,而无需进行后续处理;MBR膜可有效降低占地面积,具有出水水质好,一次性投资低,占地面积小。远行费用低等优点,高浓度活性污泥的吸附与长时间的接触,使分解缓慢的大分子有机物的停留时间变长,使其降解率提高,污泥产生量少和COD去除率高,祛除绝大部分的悬浮物,出水水质良好稳定,化学药剂投加量少,仅用于膜的清洗,而且MBR工艺结构紧凑,易于实现一体化自动控制。

          MBR membrane can be used as the substitute of deposition pool.It can retain organism in bioreactor and promote mineralization of organics in incoming water through maintaining high concentration of organism and solute of the retained macromolecular weight, without the need good quality of discharged water, low one-off investment, small floor space occupied and low expense for long-distance transportation, etc. Absorption of high-concentration activated sludge and long-term contact can prolong the stay of macromolecular organics that are decomposed slowly and raise the decomposition rate. Adoption of MBR membrane is characterized by small amount of generated sludge and high COD removing rate . MBR membrane can remove a majority of suspemded solids, featuring high quality and stability of discharged water, small dosage of chemical agents which are used only for MBR membrane cleaning, compact technical structure, and easy realization of integrated automatic control.
